thanx all so much for your warm thoughts, we still miss her greatly. her bed still sits in her spot, my other dog emma sits and stares at it, refusing to go near, takes a wide birth from it head down and tail down when she walks by. kinda strange, wonders if emma sees something there i dont. or is it just out of respect for tessie.

just a thought, maybe not related. i have a mini choc poodle who is 5 now. i can kinder relate to that screaming - because at times she goes crazy - screaming, yelping, running, banging into walls, spinning in circles - took a while to realize what it was when she was little - worked out if she picks up a flea even on just her paw, she goes into a total frenzy until i remove it. she is so sensitive..its such a worry when you cant find what destressing them feels for you..any hows was just a thought. hopes everything will be ok with yr puppy

have you thought about puppy preschool, my puppy has just graduated and we learnt, sit, stay, down, come techniques, socializing, non agression tecniques, and exchange techniques when they are chewing something when they are not suppose to. it was very informative

attachmentid=45645] this is in memory of my old girl, she was the best you could ask for. i will treasure our 13 years we had together, her last few years were on pain relief due to severe arthritis in all her joints. she still managed to wag her tail in the end ..her legs could no longer carry her ..we sat with her nursed her.. knowing she was in too much pain to go on..it was one of the hardest decision i have ever had to make.. at the vets...an elderly lady heard her cry in my arms trying as hard as i could to hold myself together..she patted her and said its ok the vet will make it better..all i could do was smile..the vet encouraged me it was for the best now...feeling like i let her down...i miss her so much !!

i have a miniture poodle i do clip her, i have let her coat grow in winter months its a lot of work. matts easily, grabs onto leaves and grass easily, when brushed hair fuzzes up. couldnt imagine not clipping ...would be a large commitment.

hey storm, i think we have something in common i too have a 15 week old female chinese crested who is doin exact same to my mini poodle, fortunately my poodle is bein very tolerant. we do intervene often crating cc to give poodle a break. we are presently attending pup pre school when there she is a scardy she refuses to interact, i spoke to teacher bout behaviour she seems to think its just rough puppy play, but its so agressive! any how i just hope she will grow out of this it does ruin our daily toy play

my pup was ill when i first purchased her spending a week at the vet, and then she caught kennel cough needing antibiotics x 2 courses when she was finally better she had the nasal drips vacc as the vet said the injection vacc can sometimes cause the dog a lot of pain he said he has seen them yelp up to 5 minutes. she did contract a mild kc after the vet said my other dogs where safe from her mild cough from immun. i did worry but my other dogs didnt come down with the virus than heavens ..it did cause me a great deal of worry i have to admit
