5.50 is a rip off! Such a shame i can;t buy it here and ship it up!

Oh. Well there you go. I don;t know anything about the OP's natural balance then. Only the DVP one, which i reccomend. I feed a mixture of raw foods and high quality dry.

I fed 2 of mine Dick Van Pattens Natural Balance. Is that the one? If so found it great. They loved it. I have since gone back to using Nutro/EPH but i would use DVP Natural Balance again if i couldn;t get the others. I had no poo issues at this house with it either. I think it was about 55 per 7kg bag

Ok. Having been there and seen the issue. THe managers are NOT AT FAULT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. NOT AT ALL. Just wanted to make that clear. THey are responsible. WE were at this resort and an incident occured between 3 of the dogs. 2 live with each other and since the day have had a coupl eof issues. Skoota and Bear were moved away from one another, into different runs etc throughout the day. Skoota was reprimanded, as was Pearl adn Bear when they did anything to cause grumbles. Every single owner that was there did what was needed. The incident had taken place late in the afternoon AFTER the dogs had been seperated for a few hours and were taken into the grass run to dry off. The incident occured, and the dogs reacted as they did. Both Nekhbet adn Joanne feel awful about this. And it is VERY possible that Skoota was feeding of Nekhbets emotions form the last week. He snapped and Bear snapped back. Pearl jumped in to save her brother. Hopefully through training and perserverance any mental damage can be repaired. However Pearl has more underlying issues from when she was in her intensive training that Joanne is gettnig looked at too. If Skoota comes along to the resort again, there is no issue. We will just watch adn keep the 3 of them seperate. Simple. As i said IT IT NOT THE RESORTS FAULT in any way shape or form. J and J how are the dogs doing? Is Pearl adn Bear a little better?

I got home late and couldn;t be bothered doing dry/meat and yoghurt so they got 4 legs. A pack was divided between the 3 and was gone in 5 minutes. Well actually about 30 seconds i think.

Hey Shoey, ask Nehkbet. Her dogs are awesome with food refusal.

My guys get it once or twice a month.

Pup Doesn't Think Much Of Eukanuba
Flaves replied to samoyedman's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Nutrience, Royal Canin, Pro Plan, that is all i can think of. THey are all great. Some suppliers deliver to your door with any of the foods. There is a supplier who advertises on DOL that deliveres to your door. -
You poor thing!!!!! YOu have only been in the house a short time too! Just feed em, it will come out the other end - in a gross way.
-
Kinda funny! Not your floor though. Buggers. I would say they will just get a tummy upset and runny poo. However did the drink heaps of it or is most of it on the floor? If most of it is on the floor i would say just watch them. If heaps has been drunk, check with the vet. Good luck PS at least you get a new floor out of it!

He is after Johnny Barker a footy player. NOT cause he barks I went and spoke to them. They said it is only when they go into their backyard or are near their fence. Usually around 6-7pm However, i am often home at that time and they do not bark for long as they are told off. I haev asked them to write down times, dates adn length of barking for 2 weeks until Erny can come out and i will keep an eye onm them and then we can see if it is mine. They are inside from the minute i get home until the next morning except for toiletbreaks.

I am glad for you he is still going on. Good luck, hope the chemical castration works for a long time and he has a happy quality of life.

I have an electric fence on the other side. So i will extend that and see how that goes. Thanks i had not even thought of that as an answer.

I did do a search and came up with nothing so here i go. I have just got a complaint letter in the letterbox about our dogs and them barking at a certain fenceline. Our house has 6 other properties backing on to us. At one particular house when the people are outside they bark. When i hear them or are at home i correct them. But the letter says they are doing it when we are not home. This is not on, not for teh neighbours and not for me. I am going to go around and speak to the neighbours as they were not home when i went this morning. What can i do to stop them doing this? (THey cannot be inside all say when we are not home.) THanks for any suggestions. Also i am getting a trainer out for some other issues in the next few weeks but any suggestions now would be appreciated.

I will. I am more worried about it than my hubby. He thinks she is cute. She is but i will not put up with that behaviour. Just not on. She is in her crate having a pig ear because she want to kill everyone when she has one. That includes me

Yep or the supermarket or chemist. They apparently help heaps. I think Miranda or Morgan or even Erny may have mentioned it once. -

Trying To Urinate Often With Only A Few Drops
Flaves replied to benny123's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Thanks about Hunta. SHe is a ratbag but we love her. She gives the best snuggles. Poor love with the 'dicky wee machine' love that name for it. I hope it goes away cause an operation and recovery sounds yukky. Hopefully once it is cleared it will be it and won;t keep coming back. Have you tried giving her cranberry capsules? That is really good for urinary issues. -
Just a sugestion: I am seeing that you have a jack russell? I do too. We have had her sleep in bed with us since about 5mo when she stopped peeing during the night. We are now having to do some very tough love and put her back in the crate most nights as she got an attitude that she was allowed to growl at us when she was on teh bed. The suggestion is NEVER gove her a treat when she is on the bed. No way no how. I think that is part of our issue, THe other part is she decided she was the same as us cause she was on teh bed and in teh bed with us. She saw herself as equal. We are about to get a behaviouralist in to help us retrain her to know her place. So make sure that if you say 'down' she does it. You make her do it. And sometimes don;t put her in your bed so she does not expect it. Hope some of this stops you having to deal with what we are at the moment.

Poor baby. Hope it clears up and does not keep occuring -
Well done. just make sure that if she wakes it is not casue she needs the loo. ie wait 5 and if she still is carrying on take her to the loo and then straight back to bed. No playing etc.
