    Trez

Pands, you did the best thing for a bad situation. Trez run free at the bridge and be happy and at peace at the bridge.
  3. Nutrience is great. Good choice. My jack is on it for her allergies at the moment and doing awesome on it.
  4. Check your yard, i have had the same thing with my guys, 2 of th e3. I am looking at putting htem on polaramine as well as ht eish oil and zinc when it is dry and windy,
  5. FP, i got antibiotics when mitch had an infection because she had ulcerated ear drums, i also had drops. I think unless the infection if rampant at the time, vets prefer not to give antibiotics. Well that is what my experience with my vets has been
  6. Riley how is Mia doing? I found with Mitch that i needed to take her out every 30 minutes or so during the day, at night i got up twice cause she needed to go. What are you feeding her? Cause some times that can effect how much she is pooing. I found on science diet she pooed overnight, on nutro she didn;t.

    Oh My God!

When my hubby forgot to latch the back sliding door one day and i came home 12 hours later to find my two babies at the front door i felt physically sick. I really wanted to vomit, that was before i saw the damage. Hunta - not Mitch, had trashed the place, well adn truly. Shoes, picture frames, pot porri - the big chunky stuff, um place mats EVERYTHING was fair game. Boy did my hubby get a serve. I cleaned it up because he would have gone spare. It is the worst feeling. At least i know Mitch will go to bed an dsleep, hunts will destroy and daire, well not sure yet.
  8. Erin, so sorry for your families loss. Kel, say hi to Barks for me
  9. Glad you were not frightened off! Sorry to hear that it is in fact that horrid disease. but gladthat you know and it isbeing treated. Good luck.
  10. Poor Chec. Hope all goes wellat teh vets. Let us know.
  11. Tramissa is she on the sensitive one?
  12. My vet does the same thing, we just don;t take that option. They are to use them if they need it otherwise i am not paying for it.
  13. It was me that suggested the antihistamine. If it is hayfever then you can ask the vet to tell you what dose and get it from the chemist as it is cheaper. You MUST put them on the antihistamine whilst on the cortisone and decrease the cortisone over a couple of days so that the antihistamine takes affect.
  14. Yeah noone i spoke to had heard of the dry food. Said they had never stocked it. Only had the cans. I even rang the sydney stores. Oonga if you are out that way, pop in and check. i am no where near that area at all so i cannot do it, If they have it text me and i willgive you cash to get me a few bags. Or cazxxz, if you go there this week and pick up 5 bags for me i will give you the cashe for it.
  15. Cazxxz, which store did you get it from? I son;t want to go to richmond and then they not have it.
  16. None of the storesin Melbourne have it, i have rung each of them and they do not have any dry in stock Also, have rung all the nsw stores but they do not have it either. So you must have been really lucky.
  17. I agree with the previous poster. Get eaglepack, nutro or nutrience - far better.
  18. Wow! Well done for getting them. Do they have toys to play with while you are out? I would reccomend puppy proofing your yard tomorrow so that they can go outside in a certian area on monday! Set up the pen so there is play area in the sun and shade. Maybe get a clam pool and fill one side with sand so that they can dig in it na dnot in your garden. Spend as much time as possible when you are at home with them. Spend one on one time with them. 10-15 minutes training and playing just with them. Crate training is great for nights but make sur eyou are consistant with taking them out to the loo. Every 30 minutes - 60 minutes, maybe even one at a time until they get the hang of it. Good luck, but we need piccies!! Oh with the biting, stop play. If they nip your hands, get up and move away and ignore htem, OR replace your hands wth a toy. This should help.
  19. Hav eyou tried an antihitamine? I know with Mitch it is helping. I have reduced her prenisolone and am starting antihistamines on the vets advice. This will give relief like it does in humans. Maybe try adn see if that helps.
  20. yeah that is the one, take it back. Even if the bag is ripped. THey will replcae it or refund it. but try a new bag. It is great stuff.
  21. Mrs D, you shoul dhave returned it. I had that with my 3rd bag, none of them would eat it nad it smelt. THey had an issue with a batch adn it being put in the bags hot apparently. I got mine rplaced no probs and have had none since nad that was at the beginning of the year.
