  1. By the way it's not foster care you are seeking, it's free long term boarding.
  2. Most ppl who would foster here would exoect you to pay something towards her upkeep. You can't exoect someone to mind your dog that long for free. I presume you would pay fir all food and vet costs while she us being cared for? If you can't afford to pay a fee why not offer some thing else? Free home maintenance- lawn mowing/ ironing or free babysitting. It's unfair and not realistic to exoect a stranger to care fir your dog fir that long free of charge.
  3. This is Bowie, my first foster failure. He's 2 years old and naturally nudie lol. Funny funny little dog. Always been fascinated by the breed. They make fantastic companions.
  4. Ok just did done reading and it can't be colour dilute alopecia cos he's black so not sure whether the vet got it wrong or what.

  9. Tracey from SOS has asked for assistance urgently if anyone can help. They need ppl to assist with transporting dogs and holding them temporarily. If you can help pls phone Tracey on 0411222991
  10. Yup done it andi think it works cos I didn't do it with 2nd litter and they were not as confident as first litter.
  11. That vet is a worry After owning my first boxer who has repeatedly split his tail from wagging it too hard I am soo in favour if docking. My poor boy has had a bloodied split tail so many times yet the vet still won't dock it. How is it crueler to dock his tail than have him split it all the time?
  12. Trina im sorry to hear this Bruno is so well loved he is a lucky boy. Hopefully it's not too late for them to remove the lump and he will be fine. Very poor form on the part of the vet clinic.
  13. Dogs. They look innocent. Don't be fooled. THIS story's a real balltearer. A 39-year-old US man, who is paralysed from the waist down, recently adopted a "small, white, fluffy" stray dog to be his loving companion. The new relationship went swimmingly for about three weeks, until the dog chewed off one of his new owner's testicles. Said owner awoke at 7:45am on Monday morning to a "burning pain" in his midsection, reports KAIT8.com. Looking down, he noticed that "the dog had eaten one of his testicles". The dog was still between his legs with blood on its muzzle and teeth. Luckily, as the man told police, he has no feeling whatsoever from the waist down. Hey, you have to find the silver lining in these situations. Police had the dog euthanised at a local vet, and its head was sent to the Arkansas Department of Health to be tested for rabies. Yes, just its head, because the day's events weren't gruesome enough already. The man didn't know whether the dog had been vaccinated. He was taken to the aptly named St Bernard's Regional Medical Centre for treatment.
  14. I use Advent teats for newbors for my IG pups, they work great
  15. I have a catahoula cross living at my house at present. Lovely soft natured bitch. Her owner uses her to hunt pigs and she is the sweetest natured dog. Her owner cares for all his dogs well and all his hunting dogs have divine natures.
  16. Pockets I feel for you, I'm so grateful for the one living pup I have.
  17. 2 puppies delivered by c-section early this morning, both male. Sadly one didn't make it so I just have the one male pup.,
