I have been away for a week and you lot have only done about a page a day! Letting the side down I think Poor Bondi, I hope everything works out for her Boxagirl Good news CC and MG

My brain is still on holiday mode :D I will probably aim to get to Emery's at 6.30pm and then if I am running a little late due to animal crises (or a foal who doesn't want me to stop giving him scratches) it won't matter

Have been in Sydney for the last week thus the late response I can still pick you up Emery - although I warn you that my car smells of dog according to a friend who owns poodles It had sat locked up in the sun for 7 days which wouldn't have helped :D

The rain needs to go away!!! We need to cut our hay and can't wait much past this week But if it gets too wet once cut it won't be any good for the horses I really don't need to try and find $10,000+ for hay after all th money I have given the vets this year... and I have another vet visit tomorrow with Varda who isn't happy in her mouth but I can't see anything wrong On a positive note I got to see Diva's foal-to-be's heart beat today :D

Put me down as a definite (if I wasn't already - can't be bothered reading exactly what I said before ) I will be there pending fire, flood or injury!

And having the tail over the back also changes how a dog looks - ie tail down makes the dog look longer through the back So I usually hold the tail in place if the dog doesn't have it up naturally on the stack but when free stacking after a workout I don't ;) I also don't bother if the dog is uncomfortable in the ring for any reason

We are planning on going to the Vic Lappy Championships since it will be the first specialty show at Champ level for the breed in Australia! Am tossing up whether to drive over and do Adelaide International on the way

I have lost my agility Mojo No training for me tonight as after detouring to pick horse up from the vet (breeding related) I had a message from the person who usually feeds the horses in the evening and now I have to do it myself So since it is stinking hot up here ( for only 32 degrees... won't cope with 40!) horses won't get fed before 6pm which means no chance of getting to training on time ;)

Given the ones I am thinking of are last weekend in November and December I would think I am ok ATM. If I have missed it then so be it LOL

Poor Bon Gentle hugs to you both. Amypie - not entered in anything. Am waiting to find out from J if Abbey has the all clear to start training again. November is also a busy month with the horses but might try and get to the last few night trials of the year

I was going to try to get a "petrol Grand Champion" under the current rules... we were going to go from WA to Vic to try and get a 25 point CC since there is no hope of us getting that here given our biggest entry is around 6 dogs

Well I had a good weekend - played with foals on Friday and puppies on Sunday! All 3 Lappy babies were good for their debut with Miss Anikka taking to the ring like a pro with Master Taavi not too bad either although thought it was quite fun the first time and decided bounding was better than gaiting Miss Anikka managed to get Baby In Group and handled General Specials like a pro but was beaten by a lovely Pointer. And according to her Mum peed for about 30 seconds or more once home since she refused to pee at the show all day It was much more fun to play with other dogs - including a lovely Great Dane :D

Hmm, we paid our membership in June and haven't received any renewals from them. Will be upset if we have paid for 12 months and only get 6 months

I have had a call name picked for my next pup for a while now... bitch is due in season in December

If I wasn't already down for two pups soon (fingers crossed they are both born!) I would consider a coated Xolo ;) But I think 7 dogs on the property will be enough When is your girl due? I love the name Nigel - it is interesting to see people's reaction to it though. I am getting a lot of "why??" but also lots of people telling me they love it :D

Nigel is a No Friends He is my only foal for the year! Alas he isn't a keeper though as he was born with the wrong type of plumbing. Possibly a good thing as I really need to cut down on ponies not keep more! Particularly as we had a positive 14 day preg test with Diva on the weekend Her foal will be kept regardless of sex as least initially - although I have told her that if it has external plumbing I will push it back in until it is cooked off WX, I can't wait to see a coated Xolo doing dog sports

Hmm, I know Rubystar, Amypie, Bedazzled, Ptolomy, OzJen, RosieFT, RallyValley, MasonGibbs, ChristineX, SparkyTansy WazzatXolos and Labrat enough that I should recognise them I have only met ncarter and CrazyCresties once but if I know to expect them I think I could figure out who they are Oh, and I know Rach, but she doesn't come on much anymore... something about work?? ROFL Oh, and do I look like a Kelpie or a Lappy? And is OzJen a Papillon or an Aussie? ;)
