Bugger Emery! Hard when you are meant to be showing six too If it doesn't clash with Group 5 (I only have the Lappies in) I am happy to help :)

Lots of healing vibes going Nova's way Dog Geek, you little hopeful is very very cute
-
Apparently only 30 people put in out of a possible 50 so since everyone got in it was decided the rumour mill would be good enough to let everyone know It hasn't been listed anywhere who got in.

You need 3 scores at the level you want to enter from the previous year. Then the 10 highest scoring combinations get invited to attend :)

A desexing contract is usually put in place to stop indescriminate breeding with the dog :) It is usually done by breeders who are not willing to desex at 7-8 weeks prior to the pup going to their new home. Most breeders would be willing to "negotiate" if you had a legitimate reason for wanting to keep a dog entire - ie giving the dog longer to mature. Personally though even my show dogs get desexed once they have retired :)

(((hugs))) to you Ness

LOL Ptolomy... There is heaps of talk about promoting Neuter classes ATM with clubs saying they won't put the classes on coz there is no support from competitors. Except there is less support because it isn't worth keeping a coated breed in full show nick for 3-4 shows a year LOL So poor Voom is a real misfit

Be brave Ptolomy - back me up

I just posted on the WC FB page - feel free to join in ;)
-
Might be better to voice your thoughts on the WC FB page ;)
-
Nothing was posted on the WC facebook page- I just got a PM from Jen. It would have also been nice on WAClick to have listed the qualifying handlers rather than just saying everyone qualified coz it sort of takes the edge of having made it in LOL. But given you have to have 3 passes in the same year it does make it hard in CCD and CD coz once you have your 3rd pass you can't compete again to get 3 in 1 year!
-
I must be special.. I got a PM on FB saying I had qualified with Voomy - maybe coz i never post on waclick  Better start practising again now...
-
I think I made less mistakes when I was new... it was only last year I forgot to sign the cheque so I am assuming after 9 years of agility and showing I have lost the new status But laziness is unforgivable ;) I have lots of copies of my dogs' entry forms all filled out (yay for computers and photocopiers  ) except for show and class details and signature :) Simple as to pull the appropriate dog's form out :)
-
I thought it was meant to be cooler today Although I am sitting with a jumper on coz it is freezing at work... Good to hear Chica didn't miss her flight by much (if at all) :D Oh, and wonders never cease... I actually managed to get to agility last night Of course the fact we only had 2 training sessions until the Classic and Abbey (and I) hadn't done agility since the Royal and Banjo in even longer than that was a good incentive  Abbey was such a good girl and Banjo suprised me
-
Oh, I agree with just returning the envelope with a note stating the need to contact you by x date and supply another SSAE otherwise entries will be rejected :)
-
If no class is put down (or incorrect for age) isn't the dog automatically in Open whether the owner likes it or not? It isn't that hard to fill out entry forms though... however I have managed to forget to sign the cheque I put in

Well done again on Lani's wins KR :) Woohoo! Well done RV!!! So how many DOLers does that make it already qualified for WA POY next year?
-
I am sure Gibbs will be fine :) Kinta stayed overnight at an unmonitored vet once so they could see if she was limping in the morning. Of course they left her a nice feather doona to lie on and when they got in in the morning it looked like it had snowed And they left the heater on for her and so she wasn't limping anyway... I am sure your two will be fine as well CC :) Ptolomy, exciting times waiting for Chica!

Must have been 2pm AEST... what a silly time to finish it
-
I can't find it on there
-
Sorry Bel, I have been trying to scan it in and my scanner isn't wanting to co-operate. Hopefully someone else can help!
-
Good apparently :) I keep being told she has more photos but she hasn't gotten around to sending any yet Yay to a Neuter enthusiast group in WA

My skirts are usually about an inch above the knee as I don't like how I look if they are any longer But all mine are tested in the mirror and I always make sure I keep my knees together when squatting down :D However through choice I wear pants more often and this was highlighted when I chose to wear a skirt at the WA Puppy of the Year contest and the dog I was handling decided that the nice flapping end of the skirt was really a tug toy Needless to say I hadn't worn a skirt before in 3 months she had been showing  Of course it wasn't until we were in the ring that she tried to play - practising outside she was an angel ;)
-
Sires on Ice aren't WA based though are they? We don't want to freeze the semen we want to chill it and send it over express for immediate delivery  Although if they are over sometime soon I would consider getting some frozen.

I have 2 of the same sex too - and soon to be three :p But again I have one of the opposite sex in the mix too :p Luckily the only non-sterilised dog we currently have is Banjo so my new pup will be able to go to my parent's house when in season
