Yep thats a the oddley dog I was talking about have had another look and he/she is definately not an ungroomed poodle, the coat is too wrong!

Wasnt a huge fan of any of the dogs picked... he picked and oddley looking doggie anyway! No idea if its just an un groomed poodle or not! Next time he should just ask here! DOL dogs are better than any dogs!!!

I've seen Paxs kennel recommended in most sydney boarding threads, but its always just refered to as Paxs kennel can some one tell me the name of her place for future reference?

My Kitey has different markings, shes whats known as a clown face...I think its makes her EXTRA pretty, what do you think ? P.s. Will add some more pics thisafternoon if I remeber my photo bucket doesnt seem to love me atm!

I think $800 is at the low end of the scale. I dont think there really is an average for purebreeds, the prices between breeds varys as does the price with a breed. I think around the $1500-$2000 mark would be pretty spot on for a saint, thats just going off what Ive heard thou.

My mum whos alsio a member here...might get her to post has just welcomed one to the family! His name is Niles and she shows him, 3 shows so far and yesterday in this 3rd show he got baby puppy in group...was very close to baby in show but he chucked a tantrum and threw himself on the ground not once but twice! He is a LOVELY boy, very friendly laid back and a very easy going dog. Happy to be inside or outside and yes he would make a very good family pet. Biggest downfall I have noticed is that when he barks..which isnt that often...its MUCH louder than the pugs. His mum is a lovely bitch who has done a fair bit of obediance work. He is proving to be just as smart, we were worried about the whole hound and nose to the ground buisness but havnt been much of an issue so far!

I thought I was the only one feeling that way Isaak has made the world right again!!! Typical bloody tuscamada puppies...ABSOLUTELY DEVINE!!!!! Will be fun to watch this little guy and his sister grown into big kids!!!

our family dog is a 16yr old Lhasa x malt!!! He is also very sprightly...lack of good hearing and gets skin rash...only other thing is he has a heart murmour and has had it since he was born! But yes hes one healthy happy dog! And there isnt a person in this world that has meet casper and not liked him! We call him Casper the friendly dog :D

She comes from a breeder who has bred and shown Whippets for 35 years. The mother is a 3x Best in Show winner and the sire is a Runner up in show winner. We are really happy with the breeder since speaking as she seems a reall knowledgeable lady and very helpful. We had a choice from 3 puppies of we ourselves chose the parti coloured girl. She will be a pet first and foremost and a show dog second. Good stuff! Glad you found a show quality girl so quickly.. took me months! Thank you, I am very glad aswell. From what I was reading it could take years to get a lovely dog. I guess it helps that we are willing to travel to pick up the right puppy. We have a 4 hour drive to pick the puppy up but I believe she will be well worth it. It just happened that the first breeder I contacted from DOL breeder pages had a current litter and I took a liking to the breeder via our phone conversation. I prefer to have a good relationship with a breeder rather than none at all. Seeming we will be first time Whippet owners I would like to feel I could call if I had any problems later down the track. Excellent. Sometimes when things are ment to be they are just ment to bed! Good luck with it all!

We drove past (to collect our Chinese) and there's no way in hell I'd have been out in it showing Lots of flooding in surrounding suburbs and more rain on the way...the winds chuffing now at about 20 knots, utterly horrible! I told Cuebiyar I'd head out and handle for her but if the remains the way it is I won't be leaving the house! Yeah well we will have to pick our gazebo frame up regardless so are just playing tomorrow by ear. If we get there and its really horrid we will probably just go home. One thing I'm definately not prepared to do is run around with a pointer especially if theres a chance I will fall over and break my neck/embarass myself
