  1. If the link is still in my sig in a month then you'll know it's still available
  2. No worries I just made an 80x80 pixel 100dpi document, opened your pic and dragged it onto the blank canvas. Then use the free transform tool to scale it [while holding the shift key so it doesn't distort]. Because it wasn't square I put a layer behind it and filled it with black. Then save for web.
  3. He said in another thread that he bought it from a friend and it came with no manual.
  4. The main difference is that your camera is full frame, the 30D is a 1.6 crop body. Here's some links that explain what that means if you don't already know. http://digital-photography-school.com/crop-factor-explained http://www.millhouse.nl/digitalcropfactorframe.html The 5D is a professional camera whereas the 30D is for keen hobbyists IMO. Yours doesn't have a pop up flash or all the auto settings. Presumably, if you're a pro you'd be using an off camera flash and the manual settings! That's the best I can come up with, if anyone else has more to add, feel free
  5. You can send it to me and I'll do it if you want
  6. Ok, no more helping for you, you're on your own!
  7. I'm not very good at giving instructions, so bare with me! Open your dog pic > image > image size ... then resize to as close to 80 x 80 pixels as you can [make sure resample image is checked]. Then File > Save for Web > jpeg and maximum should be small enough. That's one way, but in Photoshop there's more than one way to skin a cat! HTH
  8. http://www.canon.com.au/support/manuals.aspx If you go to Canon Italy, you might be able to get one in Italian.
  9. Yeah, but TBH I'd rather address the boredom and only use the RT as a last resort, so I'll try the teachin' and learnin' angle first
  10. I have a bark collar, the main offender has learned that if he whines really high it doesn't go off, so now he doesn't bark, he whines, even if he's not wearing it! I have to laugh, otherwise I'd cry! ETA It's a good collar that works on sound and vibration
  11. I'm too soft We had a barking complaint before so I'm really aware of every noise they're making and it distracts me more than the wrestling! I guess I could do some training. I need to learn how to teach some tricks first! Their basic sits, drops and stays are quite solid, so I think it would be boring for them. Tricks could be fun. Angel's a bit special though, so it'll be a real challenge!
  12. I've been working from home for the last couple of months and much as I thought I'd love being around the dogs all day, they're kind of annoying me! Ivan's fine. He's old. He gets his walk and his food and he sleeps all day. It's the other three, they're constantly wrestling or looking for trouble of some sort When I was leaving them during the day I'd walk them and then put them in their runs with kongs or bones. Right now, I'm in my office and they're at it and it's full on and really distracting! If I tell them to stop they start again after about a minute. I can't put them in the garden cause they need to be supervised. If I put them in their runs they'll bark and carry on cause they know I'm home. Sometimes I'll put them out there with kongs, but it only keeps them quiet for about an hour. I don't want to crate them cause they sleep all night in their crates. Angel's the main instigator and I can't put her out on her own cause she'll dig under the fence. I can't put Chopper and Trixie out cause they might fight. I can't give them toys to play with cause they'll fight. They've had an hour long walk, why aren't they asleep?!!! I posted before about how Angel's recently started hunting everything in the garden [flies, lizards, Ivan ]. I accept that they must be somewhat bored and unchallenged ... what are my options? Tranquilisers? Get a different breed?
  13. Nope, not yet, I've had to relist it twice due to fraudulent buyers Here's the link ... http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...em=180337625222 I don't think I've sold on Ebay before. I thought if I found a buyer elsewhere I could just pull down the listing? If anyone on DOL wants it and pays by EFT I can cover the postage as it'd probably work out the same as the PayPal fees.
  14. It is, but I don't hold out much hope of selling it there with all the time-wasters I keep attracting Am I not supposed to list it here if it's already on Ebay?
  15. Just in case anyone missed the link in my sig and the thread in the marketplace Here's the details ... Canon 30D DSLR for sale, with [never used] 18-55mm lens. In mint condition. Comes in original box with manual, software, cables and whatnot. It's been professionally cleaned inside and out and the service receipt can be viewed prior to purchase. $850 [domestic postage included]
  16. Except for that time he did the lovely big one I stepped in! He gets fish oil on all his meals and sardines/tuna/mackerel four or five times a week! Thanks, I'll try that :D
  17. He gets walked for at least 30 minutes a day  Nothing's changed, except possibly bones aren't quite as frequent. I still try and make sure they get one a week at least.
  18. Ivan's diet hasn't changed in any way, but he seems to be struggling to pooh quite often. He recently turned 10. Is it just part of getting older? He's been getting some psyllium husk in his food to help, is there anything else we should give him?
  19. me too Me three please!!! We went to one of your obedience classes as part of NDTF and I was very impressed. Thank you guys. My sister lives in Sydney and she is always harping at me to move there...but I love Melbourne too much It's only a 10 or so hour drive each week :p (oh and back again :p ) So, it's doable, yeah? Just out of curiosity, what do you charge per class? PM me if you'd prefer. The clubs I go to are $3 p/class and a yearly fee of somewhere between $30 and $50 [can't remember].
