You know I'm really aware of the fact that every time I photograph him in one of our collars for 52wks that it looks like I'm trying to promote our business. It makes me feel dirty, so I try not to do it too often!

Squishyface! She doesn't look too happy!! Here's my 9/52. Nothing particularly inspired, but I didn't miss a week and that's the main thing!

Yeah, it just pisses me off when it's the same dogs all the time. I know it's not the dog's fault.

I'm in Randwick Council. I spent over an hour trying to find a dog's owners and everyone I came across said it's out all the time, just take off the lead it'll find it's own way home. When I found someone who knew where it lived and offered to bring it home I was delighted, but then I came across another roaming dog. A repeat offender that I've brought home heaps of times and had the rangers pick up from mine twice. She can (and does) get into my garden she's so small, so I can't turn a blind eye, she might get hurt. All the while my dinner was going cold and my cocktail was getting warm!

I'm on the verge of turning into one of those people that sees a stray dog and does nothing about it. The rangers in my council are only contactable during business hours M-F. There's no after hour vets nearby. If the owners don't care that their dogs are out running around the neighbourhood, why should I?

But, but... I was only coming when your party was here!

I have a 45mm one, I haven't used it much yet though. This guy does some nice stuff with one: http://www.flickr.com/photos/80102167@N00/...57623362097102/

No, I think they're all photogenic, but Chopper's the only one that does what he's told!
-
You're not the first person to think that!

I was joking about the deafness, his hearing's just fine. He comes running from the other end of the house if I accidentally brush passed the collars and leads!

The very first photo is nikivds's Pepe. He won the top dog trophy, ADM title and $200+ prize money

Ivan got quite a shock today when he found out that it's his eleventh birthday! Because he shares a house with three adolescents I think he forgets his age sometimes. He may be 77 in dog years, but he can still run around and carry on like a fool just as competently as the other three! Doesn't he look like a puppy here? [Ok, maybe his bad teeth are a bit of a giveaway!] I'd like to say his deafness has something to do with his age, but I think selective hearing is a more accurate diagnosis. He seems to understand me quite well when I ask "do you want some chicken?" Happy Birthday big fella, there's a kangaroo tail with your name on it defrosting for dinner buddy!

can't use the leather lead when doing agility (which is where Morty's photo is taken) the OH needs to be able to tie it around his waist thus the cloth leads .... the leather ones get their workout when we're out walking at the moment and we love LOVE LOVE them ! Damn, have you seen the revised design? They have an extra d-ring so you can wear them. If you want to send them back or drop in next time you're in Sydney we can open up the screws and put one on each of them for you
