I was taking photos at the Amstaff Specialty in Erskine Park on Saturday. Apparently there was a French Bulldog show on at another ring. I'm gutted that I didn't have time to go and check them out. I did manage to snap these two cuties that got lost on their way there though! Soooooo wanted to steal them! :D

Yeah, I saw one at the Schutzhund Trial last year. A sponsor was giving it away as a prize. ETA It was heavy compared to a normal prong. I'll PM you the supplier.

Sorry, I haven't read the whole thread so it may have been said already... Are you comparing her to Atlas? When we got Ivan I didn't realise just how aloof he was until we got Angel a few months later. Bull breeds want to be with you and doing what you're doing. Maybe Lappies are more independent?

I have the G10 and I find it gets very noisey above 400ISO, making it not a good low light camera. Not sure if the G11 is any better.

Chopper's DNA tests came back stating that he's exactly 50% SBT and exactly 50% undetermined mixed breed. If it's the same lab don't waste your money.

We had a Ruthless Leather stall at the Dobermann Nationals and we're having one next Sat at the Amstaff Specialty. It's a good way for us to get out there and show our products to people. I know there were lots of specialties the weekend, but are there any more coming up in the next few months? Preferably big and strong dogs.

Yup, had to do it many times and it's always worked. The only time I've had a problem was when the dog came from behind and I didn't have time to get between them.

It's probably not all that obvious if you don't know his face shape, but he's blowing his chops out with a big sigh!

The zipper went on the dog bed in the living room. Chopper and Angel took the opportunity to pull all the stuffing out of the bed. I was going to throw it out and buy a new one, but I just found these online: http://www.mollymutt.com/your-hand-in-mine.html Their website doesn't accept international payments, but I emailed them and they're going to post one to me. It's not a huge saving, but those big beds are really $$$. It's nice to be able to just get a new cover and an inside for the old bed and not have to throw the whole thing out
