Ivan Will Only Eat Chicken Fillets
ruthless replied to ruthless's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I've never had a puppy, what are stinky puppy foods? He needs low fat, so maybe they wouldn't be suitable? Thanks for all that Unfortunately he won't eat rice either though! -
Ivan's been sick for a while. OH put him on Sasha's Blend and a few weeks later he turned into a different dog overnight. Not eating, no interest in going for walks. The two things he lived for. We thought it may have been a reaction to the Sasha's Blend, so we stopped it. He had a couple of vet visits but they thought he was just getting old. He's 11.5. He refuses to eat kibble or VAN. He was getting chicken frames but he had bloods taken last week and it turns out he has pancreatitis so he can't have them now cause the fat content is too high. All he'll eat now is chicken fillets. He won't eat fish, tinned or fresh. Any suggestions on other foods we can try?

Love that dog! Can I have him if you decide three is too many? PS It wasn't a shoot Just a few snaps I took at the trial. A proper shoot would have more variety -

Good Thoughts For Penny Whippet Please

Sorry to read about Penny, but good news that it's only minor damage. I hope she makes a speedy recovery :D -

I'm still learning myself. Mostly through trial and error! There's an Aussie strobist group on Flickr. Keep an eye out for meets in your area. They arrange locations, MUAs, models, etc. and everyone brings along all their gear. You only have to pay a small fee to cover costs. I went to one and although it was quite daunting I did learn stuff http://www.flickr.com/groups/aussiestrobists/

There's the one setup by the guy that wrote Understanding Exposure, Bryan Peterson: http://www.ppsop.net/ I don't know if they're any good. His book was though!

I've yet to do a pet session where the owner didn't look horrified when I asked if they wanted to be in any of the shots I do have an owner and her dogs shoot coming up though, so you won't be the first if you book a session

When we were doing dock diving training I asked the head trainer from Hanrob if you need qualifications to get a job there and he said no, they prefer to start with a blank slate. They train you.
