A Snooza D1000 is the first bed that Bruno hasn't destroyed, and believe me, he's destroyed MANY!
-
I asked, they don't :/ Thanks but I'd prefer a dog tee if possible.
-
We left it a little late to get anti-BSL shirts for the dogs to wear at the MPW. Does anyone know where you can get plain dog tees? That we can put iron on transfers on.

Same :D Hopefully Bruno and Cocoa can behave like good little bull breed ambassadors  Did they ask for vacc certificates? I've never ever been asked if mine were vaccinated? Unless its on the entry form, I cant remember? I've been to both Melbourne (Albert Park)and Ballarat (entering both online and on the day) and have never seen/heard mention of vaccinations either. It doesnt mention vaccination certs needing to be sighted when registering. I'll be going in Homebush this Sunday with my little Frenchie... I am taking her as she loves meeting new dogs and is great for her socialisation. Oh yay, I'll be the person that accosts you saying "I love Frenchies" :D (While Mel is left in charge of the two boofheads!)

Thanks for the plugs guys

Aw, thanks Kirislin :) I don't get on DOL much these days and I figured with my FB business pages, Bruno's page and my blog that people would see enough of my photos there without putting them here too. I also heard that the DOL begrudgers were saying that I only post on here to market my business so I guess that was another reason I stopped.

Will the pool be the same setup as the one that was at Homebush? Will there be a ramp to the left or right of the platform that the dog can run down instead of jumping? -
It can look quite vicious, but no one ever gets hurt.
-
My dogs all LOVE to play biteyface!
-
Ruthless doesn't know  Poor Chopper. Once he discovered the ramp into the pool there was no getting him to run and jump
-
My lot LOVE theirs. Great value. http://www.1-day.com.au/products/AA3EAN1MF

Chopper and Angel grew out of the vast majority of their skin issues. Since Trixie and Bruno are both dilutes I don't hold out much hope for them, but we're pretty good at managing them every summer so we'll just deal with it!
-
Yeah, but just one bite can cause an allergic reaction. Not every lump and bump is necessarily a bite. Does he seem uncomfortable? Maybe the best you can hope for is management until the cooler weather comes :/
-
Could it be fly or mozzie bites? Bruno's got a heap of them [it's been happening all summer] but luckily he doesn't seem bothered by them. Fortnightly medicated baths are stopping them from turning into anything nasty. I'm glad winter's coming. No more skin issues for a few months!
-
You can buy them online, but I got this one from Stefmar because it's local and I like to support them.
-
Oh, thanks, I'll check the zipper to make sure!!

Here's Chopper from a few years ago. My poor poor dogs! http://www.ruthlessthings.com/blog/2010/04/happy-easter-sydney-dog-photographer/

I'm amazed that he tolerated it. Now that I know he'll wear stuff on his head the possibilities are endless!

I hope I don't jinx myself by posting this only four days after getting one, but I think that it might well be Bruno-proof! He doesn't rip up his crate bed anymore, but anything I put in the kennel in his run would last a day or two at most. I finally forked out for a Snooza D100 and it's still in one piece four days later! Luckily a small is the size that fits his kennel so it wasn't as expensive as the big ones. If you're sick of buying beds for a destructo dog I recommend these

Marz is registered. He's just asking what would happen if council refused to let him renew next year and then tried to seize his dog and he wouldn't let them. I think that's a really worst case scenario. Just keep him registered and keep him out of trouble, socialised, obedience trained, etc. and you won't draw any attention him.

We got a Staffy to keep our Husky company. They were a good match :)
