I'm a bit concerned about Mars's teeth. He is now 8 months old and all his adult teeth have come through and there seems to be a joint tooth? I check and clean out any gunk that tends to get caught on and inbetween the two teeth. This is a pre-clean pic and actually one of his cleaner days! It almosts looks like his baby tooth didn't want to come out and his adult tooth just started growing out. He doesn't seem bothered by it at all when I touch it, it isn't wobbly and he happily hoovers up his food and eats chicken wings with ease. I'll be getting the vet to check it out, but was wondering if anyone has seen this before? Is it something that needs to be pulled out?

Awww.. I love how they are snuggling together..

I guess he sort of cleans up after himself....? I have one at home who likes to carry poo around in his mouth and also eat it... just the other day it didn't agree with him so he chucked it all back up on the bed. Delightful. OH was not impressed..

Sorry, don't have much advice as my kiddies are pretty lazy, Pepper is the one the one that wakes up at 7am on weekends but luckily doesn't make much noise, but if I hear that she's awake I normally get up myself. Hopefully Mindy will start realising how awesome it is to have sleep ins! ;)

This comment cracked me up.. now everyone at work thinks I'm crazy! More so...... Ooooh, looking forward to meeting Kuma! With everyone going on Sundays, I might have to be a little sheep and follow! ;) Now if I can somehow convince Saxonpup as well....

I'll be there cheering you both on! Sorry, not sure what collar it was.. first time I had seen the doggies in the group I was in.. Thanks. He did better than I expected, with all the doggies around I was waiting for him to just yank me in a totally different direction.

You'd be impressed by Mars then.. sheep poo.. cow poo.. kangaroo poo.. doggie poo.. anything he can get his mouth on.. he'll it eat! I thought I saw some crazy stalkers on the side... As you could probably see.. we weren't doing too well. Mars's concentration level was at 0.02% last night. He FINALLY decided to pay a bit of attention to me on our last activity.. my OH looked at his watch and was like "He's paying attention, must almost be time to go.." Surely enough, only 15mins to go.. Still trying to get him to have his attention on me when there are so many other exciting things happening. Like dogs and people which aren't me and he can go play and roll around like a crazy hooligan! :cries: I think that I may have to be the crazy stalker this weekend and watch from the sidelines.

Wow, looks like you guys had such a great day! I'm sure my boy would just bark at the sheep all day long and bounce around like Elbie..!

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! What a little cutie pie having a sleep. Can't wait for more pics of him! He's so big now, I remember seeing the pics when he was sooooo tiny!!

Both my kiddies sleep in the ensuite. My boy used to have run of the room, but since the little princess came along both of them are put in the ensuite around 10pm and sleep until I wake at around 6am. They have their last wee break before they sleep. Pepper is now holding on until the morning, so no more early early morning walkies for me! ;) Mars has always been fine, he's been taught to do his business on the newspaper/wee pad but always waits.. he only uses it if he's very VERY desperate.

No problemo Mars gets a bit excitable when he meets new doggies and people; Pepper is still small and young at 3 months and really just wants to play. Poor little girl tried to mush her way between the 2 big monsters while they were playing.

Oh, that is just too darn cute! He does that WAY too well!

oooh, thanks for the update wuffles. We never made it to the park on the weekend unfortunately. I did notice on the plans that there was a big doggie area and a small. It all sounds really good, will have to get off my backside and head over there soon before everyone knows about it!

Glad to hear that little Elbie is going well with other doggies. We've used the grounds once outside of class/training times and quite enjoyed it, sometimes nice to have somewhere big to use without having lots of dogs running around and feeling a bit cramped! We trundled over there on a Saturday morning, around 9:30am and the back paddock already had a few people there doing agility training but the main paddock was free. The kids had a run around in the small off-leash area first, then moved to the main paddock for a bit more space. Haven't really been there any other times, so not really sure.. that Saturday we went was pretty good being rather empty. Have a chat to the office staff about access to the grounds and they'll be able to help you out. My kiddies (including me!) would love to meet Elbie sometime when he's ready to meet a few more doggie friends.

Haven't been, but since its open.. I might head around this weekend. Don't know about taking the kids yet though.. they might disappear on me through that gap! If I make it, I'll report back on if any progress has been made.

Would be great to meet you and your boy I closely resemble a marshmellow on Thursday nights, I think I will have to steal your idea of wearing 2 pairs of socks. My toes freeeeeze during the night classes!
