Still the personality boy . I was awakened this morning by Danny teetering on the edge of the bed, desperate to go to the toilet, but frightened of the height. Mumma to the rescue. Nothing gets me out of bed faster than Danny needing help.

No advice, just want to say good luck with your new little dog. You sound super caring and committed and well on top of all that is necessary. No dog could ask for more.

A friend of mine sent me a newspaper from Cunnamulla where I lived for a couple of years as a child. The house we lived in was a great big Queenslander and the house today, all renovated, is for sale at $285,000 !! Yes indeed. How is our Wonder Westie?

That photograph is totally wonderful, WM. A day to be remembered indeed.

I've found that the only food I can rely on for giving tablets to my Danny is Kraft Cream Cheese Spread - not the Lite one though as that doesn't have any flavour. On the occasions when Danny does turn his nose up at this, I just smear it on the roof of his mouth and because it is thick by the time he tries to get it out, he has swallowed it all.

Isn't it just! Beautiful. And the model would be the star of any catwalk.

If I'd known you were having troubles, I'd have added a lot more  I imagine Mac has been doing a lot of this after all the excitement

There aren't enough emoticons to show our joy at this wonderful day being reached and celebrated. :dancingelephant:  :happydance:

Whew, that's taken care of then. Remember - I know who you are IRL !!!!

How exciting, Whitka. I still remember my first puppy from a breeder and visiting her at 4 weeks, sitting on the floor with her pulling at my shoe laces -

My first thought was Briard. No matter what, you are in for wonderful times, fun times, loving time. And there are plenty of DOLers ready and willing to share the journey. -

Aren't they. Luckily I have mixed breeds and no room in my cupboards. LOL

Moi ?? Never. There is a set there just for you LOL.

I'm going to add a codicil to my will leaving my girls to you, WM. Don't worry: a trust fund goes with them. :flower:

Beautiful.... dogs and country.

Deepest sympathies. The loss of our beloved animals is a rough and tough time.
-
Such a sad and lost time for you, Ruffles. Horrible that his ending was traumatic and that will be awful for you to recall from time to time. Try to take comfort in knowing you did everything humanly possible and that you loved him totally ...... something he would have known to the deepest recesses of his being.

While Mum's In The Shower.....

She just wants summer to come around so she can wear her bikini. -
Charmers like that aren't worth bothering about. You do what is right for you and Bru.
-
We could be sisters  I'm glad you have the time to spend with Mac; it will mean so much to you in the future. Apart from that, he is a cool dude to spend time with just snoozing - gives you the excuse to do the same.
-
You are assuming that hunters actually care about what they are killing.
-
I'm moving to Adelaide so Mac's Grandma can adopt me and mine  (I'm prob'ly older than Grandma. Do you think that would be a problem, though??)

It can be tough **hugs** to you and your Westies.
