Pretty sure the deal is if you guess the colour right you get a free puppy. :D Oh goody. I tip black and tan colouring too. I will PM Starkehre my address. -
Oh, how exciting. Best of luck. Hopefully the property is perfect or can very easily be made so.

OMG  I hope that little treasure is on someone’s lap or in a bed at their feet and not in one of those awful cages. -
This is very positive. Have you started looking for another property yet? Maybe just start researching councils which don’t have restrictions and look for properties in those areas? You say you have managed a multi-dog household for 20 years, so there is your precedence which confirms your abilities. No reason why it can’t continue :) :)

A Westie won BIS at Crufts and a Whippet was Runner up. Too too gorgeous. I just about went through the screen.

Oh yes. I remember now. So happy that she has wriggled her way into your heart ..... wherein there will always be a Rupert shaped spot.

To die so young  Poor Tui. I wonder what is happening to him?

We understand and send you lots of love and hugs. :flower: -
I was intrigued by Pagan’s mum’s name, Lady Cynthia. My mother told me that she chose Cynthia because when she was pregnant with me, she was reading a book whose main character was a Lady Cynthia. I’ve often wondered what the book was, because strangely enough, I didn’t ask mum. I wonder if Lady Cynthia’s owners read the same book :) .

Yes, the missing goes on and on. Is there a thread about his half sister? Can we know more and share the love? Exactly.

Whenever I see him/is name, I think of Puck in "A Midsummer Night's Dream". -

I don’t think anything can beat a group of dogs having fun, unless it is having fun at a beach ........ with a superb photographer on hand. Hope the house is comfy and feels like a home for all of you.

They are extraordinarily gorgeous K. The only teeny weeny against point I can find is that Secret’s gorgeous big eyes aren’t wide open and wowing us in the second photo. -
Along with the love you felt for her and gave her, this will help you through those times when you miss her so much. Vale, indeed, Anna. :rainbowbridge:

I was wondering why everyone was deleting their posts.  Thank you everyone and for the link, T. That is it. Mine lasted for ages too. -
Many years ago, there was a kennel/floor/dog bedding cleaner that wasn’t widely available. I think that it was regularly sold at fair days, etc. I seem to recall going out to a vet near Vineyard to buy some. It was green in colour and had a nice perfume (but not overwhelming). I have absolutely no recollection as to what it was called. Any ideas? TIA :)

New Things Happening At Petrescue...
Loving my Oldies replied to tdierikx's topic in Dog Rescue (General Rescue Discussion)
I think your assessment is overly harsh and verging on bad taste [sour grapes??]. PetRescue has always provided an excellent, sophisticated and 100% needed resource. If it wasn’t as professional as it is, it would not have lasted. All this takes money. -
