And he took his time with each breed Well done to all the winners in group 5 ;) I fell in love with the Aussie baby that took the group :D just divine!!!! He was a great judge to watch!! Levi said thanks, he thinks he is just divine as well. Levi was very deserving of his win, he won saturdays baby in group too didnt he? A very lovely baby! Hey do you do obedience with your dogs? The name and the breeds you have sound familiar No he didn't win Sat's baby in group. Won Sunday's though. Yes I do obedience with my dogs.

Vic Agility Website?
Eliteview Aussies replied to Heidii's topic in Training / Obedience / Dog Sports
As an Obedience Trial Secretary I always emailed Pam a copy of my schedule so that she would be able to put it up on her website. I also made sure that the schedule was up on our club website for people to find. I know a lot of Trial Secretary's also email other clubs a copy of the schedule. If they actually put it up on their noticeboard I wouldn’t know. But I know as a Secretary of a club I always photocopy copies of the schedules that are sent to me and put them on our noticeboard so that everyone is able to get a copy. I have heard that at the moment Pam isn't looking to set another one up as of yet as she has been having computer problems. I think it would be great if you were willing to set one up. I would but wouldn't have a clue how to set up a website and I don't have the time to do it. However if you need any help getting schedules or any help I would be more then willing to give you a hand. -

Obedience Troubleshooting

I train at a club but not a very helpful one sometimes. I use food for rewards, he is a bit of a guts! Played that WHAT game?? Yes the dog lags and is inattentive. I don't use a clicker, I feel I"m not co-ordinated enough. He just turned 4 but a very immature 4. He gives me high five and can spin and roll over. Train most Sat's and I try to train at least once during the week but now daylight savings is here I will be able to get out after work more often. -

Obedience Troubleshooting

So I've decided after tonight that I need to retrain my heeling with my Golden. I just don't know anymore if he is just being naughty or just doesnt understand what I want so I figure retraining him might be the way to go. BUT I need help. At the moment he isn't heeling at all and Leopuppy I'm sure can vouch for that after tonight. He is just either distracted or doesn't understand what I want. SOOOO how would I go about starting from the start? How do other people start?? -
I'll swap you for a blonde one ok!!
-
You mean I'm suppose to train? I wish someone would tell me this BEFORE hand!!
-
I'll be there. Well if I make it after work!. And isn't it two sleeps not one??

Relax, I'm now thinking that I MIGHT enter, if I do you can come with me. If I don't enter I will get Dad to give you driving instructions for where to go and how long to get there. Just like he did for Southern!!! -
2009 Training/title Wish List
Eliteview Aussies replied to Ptolomy's topic in Training / Obedience / Dog Sports
Well I was lazy with the agility and didn't train. But did enter one Jumping trial and almost got a pass with Bosco only missing one tunnel entry. Summer just decided to go looking for her mum. Unfortunately Summer when on to injure herself and therefore isn't allowed to do any agility until at least March next yeah so with her I will just have to wait. Bosco's Novice didn't go so well. He managed one pass for me in Aug and has had some really really blonde moments since. However he has had some great days but just makes little mistakes every time. There is always next year right? -

Well RachelleBuck missed out on a pass in the morning by 2 points but did no good in the afternoon. I did no good in the morning and missed out on a pass in the afternoon because of that stupid sit stay the dogs need to do -
Its like just a normal trial. You have two judges judging the same class. However at this trial you know what judge you are getting depending on the time you can get there.
