Huh?
-
It is fine on my wheat intolerant dog. But I guess there is a difference between intolerance and allergic? It is the ONLY food I can feed him without him constantly having the runs. EDIT - I see it has agreed with your dogs after all. Great stuff! Petbarn stock Coprice. Albers/Barko can be more tricky to get in Sydney, but it is around.

Just wanted to wish you good luck. We had a fear aggressive dog, but he was fear aggressive with people, not dogs, and I ended up giving him his wings last week, because he was just too unpredictable with my young son. He only ever loved 3 people in his life, his breeder, me and my OH. Everyone else were to be treated as a huge threat, and despite trying a lot of different things, he never got over it. We managed it, but now our son is older and able to open doors and gates and such, we decided we could not take the risk any longer. He was absolutely unable to be rehomed, and so I think we did the kindest thing for him.

My li-ion suggests to drain if possible but it wont hurt it if you don't. I just bought a cordless vacuum with a li-ion battery and it tells me to leave it on charge all the time, that it wont affect the battery at all. They are not like the old batteries that would develop a memory if you charged them before they were drained.

Is it a li-ion battery? Then it should be fine to charge up, you dont have to empty them before you recharge them. At least thats what my reading tells me.

VERY nice!

Short answer - NO! I have had two dogs with demodectic mites. Its not known to be hereditary in my breed, and while these two were mother and daughter....I have since had a third generation without any incidence. I was careful to not overload the puppies immune systems - they were vacc later than normal, and only the basic minimum required. Minimal worming and other chemical treatments up to 12 months of age. I got the whole litter through without any signs of the demodex getting out of hand.

Mainly Kibble Only Diet, What Do People Think?

Must be a lot of lazy people out there!! Must say though I have not poisoned my dogs as yet. -
I use Vellus brushes. Also have had PSI, never tried the PP ones.

I fed Coprice for a while when I was broke, and it "fixed" my young fella's problem with the runs. I *think* he is wheat intolerant, and seeing as there is minimal wheat in Coprice, it sure does agree with him. Have since tested him with other brands, and they bring the runs back straight away. So he now only gets Coprice, and its just as easy to feed them all the same thing. Have no troubles with it at all.

Coprice is very good. Mine prefer the Family one rather than Working Dog (smaller biscuit on Family so suits small dogs more than Working).

Thanks heaps guys. Yes Ruger, thats what I keep saying, she would not have know what hit her, it was over so very fast. I am sort of glad she didnt survive, her injuries were horrific

How heartbreaking for their owners I would be beside myself to loose my whole kennel like that RIP

Thank you everyone. OH is taking this soooo hard, he really is not coping too well with her loss. She was his special mate, and he would play with his two Amstaffs every afternoon after work, he was just teaching them the joys of the pool, they were really starting to come into their own. I am glad he didnt go and get her, but that I got to get her off the road. She was very bent and broken  It would have haunted him much much more.

So sorry, RIP Turbo

Thank you vjb. I'm still in shock and cannot sleep. It all happened so very fast

In a freak accident tonight, our lovely Amstaff, Paris got out of the backyard, and being on the busy road we are on.............lets just say she didnt come home in one piece. To say we are shocked is an understatement. We are distraught. She was still so young, had so much potential, and was my OH's best mate. He is absolutely beside himself with grief. RIP Sweet girl. The boys will miss you. We will all miss you.

I would ring around! I do that for all expensive things I need done, and you would be surprised in the differences.

I use Wool Wash a lot. You dilute it, smells nice and does the same job as a shampoo.
-
It would help if Frontline Plus worked. It has failed to work each time I have used it here, where as the Advantage does work if you do all the dogs and treat the yard and bedding too.

If I were closer I'd help you................dust the cobwebs off your bike! -
LOL I thought you meant people!! Peter Schofield is very good, he is at Berkshire Park I think.

It may not grow back until such time as he would have done a coat change. Some boys change coat once a year, some much less. I've groomed a BC who's coat never grew back. Its not a good idea to clip them off, they dont need it.
